Hiking Our Local Mountain - Qian Fo (Jinan)
Rick and Mitch hike Qian Fo Mountain (1000 Budha Mountain). Can you spot the budha??

Yes, there is a very large golden budha statue amongst the local mountain tree tops ! We believe he is currently under restoration (hence the scafolding around him).

Goodbye Dinner with Fuyi
Our last dinner with Fuyi before he departs for Calgary. Dinner at "Snack City" restaurant. Very good !
As a thank you gift for all that Fuyi did for us and for all his help we presented him with a calligraphy paint brush set. We miss him ! And we can't thank him enough for all his support ! Thank you Fuyi...You're the best !
Beer Tasting Night
"Beer Tasting" night at the apartment. Had a lot of fun tasting a variety of Chinese beers ! Rick, our "fu wu yuan" (waiter) provided our beverages to us in blind taste test manner so as to not reveal the brands of brew....Good times...Good times !
